Gil Lewis has extensive experience enhancing organization effectiveness.

 

He is committed to Baldrige quality standards and focuses his efforts on attaining employee engagement and its resulting positive impact on employee productivity and morale.

He earned his Masters degree in Human Resources Management & Manpower Development from the New School for Social Research in New York City.

 

Before being recruited by Emerson Electric Co. and relocating to St. Louis in 1981, Gil enjoyed key human resource management roles at Chase Manhattan Bank (New York, NY),  Unisys (Great Neck, NY), and Pullman Incorporated (Pittsburgh, PA) .

 

For the past 25 years he has served the St. Louis business community as Managing Principal of Gil Lewis & Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to having the right people, doing the right things, the right way, at the right cost, with the right return.

 

As a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Webster University, he has taught Human Resources and Management classes at both the graduate and undergraduate level.

 

Gil is a business partner of Careerminds and an affiliate with Success Factors. Gil is the St. Louis Chapter Director of the COO Forum.

 

His memberships include: Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training and Development(ASTD),

and World-at-Work.

         

Gil lives in Chesterfield with his wife Amy, have 2 adult children, and a dog named Bandit.
