Cyber Learning Center provides residents of the Penrose, O'Fallon, and College Hill neighborhoods with access to technology, computers and educational and employment resources. Through the use of online tutorials and computer-based training, Cyber Center promotes the well being and self-sufficiency of individuals, families and the community. It provides these communities with opportunities that may not have otherwise been available to them. Cyber Center is located at the Shreve Neighborhood Center and has the capacity to hold 24 computer workstations. Residents who attend Cyber Center have a chance to meet, work and learn in a safe environment. Opportunities are available for residents to obtain personal computers for their own use, to receive training on personal computers, software applications and hardware, and to participate in workshops pertaining to personal computers and the Internet.
