Asking questions during your interview is an important way to engage potential employers and demonstrate your interest and enthusiasm for the position.

4. What direction do you see the company or agency heading in the near future?
5. How much travel is normally expected?
6. How frequently do you relocate employees?
7. Is the sales growth in the new line sustainable?
8. How much contact with and exposure to management does the job entail?
9. How often are performance reviews given?
10. Is it possible to transfer from one division to another?
11. How much decision-making authority is given after one year?
12. Have any new product lines been announced lately?
13. In your firm, is this position more analytical or more people oriented?
14. Would you explain the office dress code?
15. What skills are required for this position?
16. What are the typical training and responsibilities for your entry-level positions?
17. Are there skills or abilities needed for this job that I haven’t mentioned in my qualifications?
18. Can you tell me when you will be making a decision about this position?
19. What could I say or do to convince you to offer me this position?
