For 35 years, Myrtes Smith has been a stalwart for the desperate and troubled. Serving as Intake Coordinator for Provident, Myrtes has served as the first voice contact when individuals call for help. In her sweet, serene voice, her disposition brings calm to a disruptive environment. Any situation that can be imagined, Myrtes has successfully deal with.
