Provident’s Heritage House provides a safe and neutral location for custody exchange and supervised access. Professional clinicians, assisted by two security officers, oversee all Heritage House activities.
Heritage House services are available to you by St. Louis City Family Court order only.
You do have safe custody exchange options. Ask your lawyer or judge to consider including an order for Heritage House services in your custody ruling.

Fees (Court determines payment responsibility):
- Safe Custody Exchange: $10 per exchange
- Supervised Access: $15 - $60 (based on ability to pay)
Hours:
- Wednesday: 4 pm – 8 pm
- Friday: 5 pm – 8 pm
- Saturday: 10 am – 4 pm
- Sunday: 5 pm – 8 pm
