Provident Behavioral Health is pleased to announce that Kimberley Brown, MPPA, has been named the new Administrator of the Mary Ryder Home. Her responsibilities include the administration and regulatory oversight of the facility. She leads a staff of 35, including skilled nurses, care staff, and an administrative team.
Brown holds a Master of Public Policy Administration (MPPA) from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she also earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. She is a practicing Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Brown has spent 30 years working in nonprofit management and residential and older adult
long-term care. She previously served as executive director of several older adult care
communities and has served in a consulting capacity on regulatory compliance with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Her expertise includes successfully preparing organizations for Medicaid contract certification.
