Congratulations to the Mary Ryder Home leadership team and to Provident’s executive staff and Board of Directors on their visionary work to reimagine the focus and mission for MRH going forward.
Over the next four months, MRH will implement an Intensive Residential Treatment Setting (IRTS) model of care.
The transition from the current legacy congregate model to IRTS is the result of a 16-month planning process that identified the most therapeutic and beneficial treatment model for MRH residents.
“This new model of care positions MRH to continue serving women in St. Louis for years to come,” said Provident President and Executive Director Kevin Drollinger. “We are very excited by this next chapter of
the Mary Ryder Home. We hope to serve this population in a more intensive, focused, and meaningful way, while continuing to carry on the legacy of the home.”
