It’s an exciting new chapter for leadership at Provident as Shelby Zurick-Beasley joins our executive team as Senior Director of Programs, now leading the organization’s largest departments. The process for her selection included extensive meetings with clinical staff to understand their vision for leadership, as well as a rigorous interview process.

“It was clear from the very start that Shelby was the perfect fit for the role,” said Kevin Drollinger. “Her leadership and vision make her the ideal person to drive our programs forward, and I’m confident she will continue to excel in her new role.”

Previously serving as Director of Clinical Services, Shelby’s new position reflects both a title change and also her expanded responsibilities. She now oversees Counseling, Psychiatric, Crisis Intervention, and Older Adult outreach services, while also participating in strategic planning and board meetings.
